Magnus Electrical Services Ltd was established in January 1985 by Colin Murray as a small electrical contractor dealing mainly in the domestic market.

In the ensuing years the company enjoyed steady growth in business and personnel and on the 6th June 2000 the business was incorporated as a limited company.

The company has currently 26 employees  with a  turnover exceeding 1.4 million pounds in 2008 and has three locations (2- Drumchapel & 1- Clydebank)

In 2004 Magnus Electrical Services Ltd was a winner in the UK  “Inner City Top 100” Business of the year and attended a civic reception in Downing Street, London.

In 2005 Magnus Electrical Services Ltd was voted “Business of the Year” by the local development agency Drumchapel Opportunities.
